“Service after the fact. Today I needed to visit McDonald Audiology in Kentwood for service on one of my Resound hearing aids. The appointment had been set up for me within 24 hours. Shawn Castillo welcomed me a few minutes before my appointment time. She listened to my explanation of the problem I was having and immediately took the hearing aid in and examined it to confirm what the problem was. After determining that it needed to be sent in for battery replacement, Shawn offered the use of a loaner hearing aid while my was being serviced. She set up the loaner, checked with me to make sure it was working correctly, answered a couple other questions, and did all of this at no charge. Talk about great and friendly customer service. I highly recommend McDonald Audiology to anyone looking for quality hearing services.”

“I have been going to McDonalds for more years than I can count. From the time I first needed to assist my hearing to carrying on my school consulting business until today when my left ear uses a hearing aide with an ear mold and my right ear has a cochlear implant. All the years I have had superior treatment by Pamela Keenan. One year when I lost a hearing aid on a construction project she worked me right in and found a used replacement. She is a wonderful Audiologist and I can’t say enough good about her, I highly recommend her if you ever have the need.”
