Dr. Marlene Bevan is the Founder and Director of Audicare Hearing Centers and is one of the country’s most experienced and trusted audiologists. With over three decades of experience, she holds a Doctorate in Audiology and is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Throughout her prestigious career, Dr. Bevan has taught many courses in hearing aid fitting and has lectured across the United States and around the world. She had the distinctive honor of being a member of the first scientific exchange program to China for Speech Pathology and Audiology and was the keynote speaker at the World Congress on Hearing Aids in Germany in 1984. She has served on several long-range planning task forces for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is a past member of the Advisory Board of the Better Hearing Institute in Washington, D.C.. Active in her local community also, Dr. Bevan serves on several committees and is an active member of the Traverse City Rotary.

Audicare is a trusted full-service hearing clinic offering professional care and the latest technology at four locations thoughout northern Michigan: Traverse City, Charlevoix, Gaylord and Cheboygan. We are the only Audigy-certified hearing practice in the area.
