“I would never go back, I originally went for to have my ears looked at for balance issues, they scheduled an unnecessary hearing test , (I had one four years back) that wasn’t needed etc. when I went, I paid my $18 co pay before I was seen (big mistake) and had an hearing test and then was seen by a supposed doctor,. She was condescending, rude , actually looked bothered that I was there and not interested in helping me at all. Further she would not answer not one question I had, and when I did ask a question she just kept typing and not answering , “ then said my ears are fine”. . After I left, a week later I received another $18 bill, for a co pay, that I paid when I was there. So I called, and they said this “practice “receives 2 co pays!! One dr, two co pays. I absolutely told them no, never heard of such a thing and no one else has either, after calling my insurance company . This practice fully paid by my insurance and is still trying to steal another $18. Further, this practice has sent a certified letter to my home for this $18 and also a letter from a lawyers office for this $18. I will not pay it! ”

“My right hearing aid stopped working. I had to wait 8 days for appointment. Have to wait another 2 weeks for it to b sent out for repair. Have to make appointment for wax removal, a separate appointment for hearing test, another to pick up aids. Without aids for almost a month and the aids work in conjunction with each other so the woking left aid doesn’t work on phone, tv or radio which is my primary need. So frustrating had to vent. ”

“I've been meaning to write this for a while, but I was hoping things would improve. My experience here was awful beginning to end. I have no doubt that the doctors are educated and informed. However, the whole entire staff, from admins, medical assistants, and even doctors have no sort of respect or empathy for the patients. Patients are moved in and out like cattle. The wait for your appointment time is always an hour or more. Feel free to ask anyone in the waiting room about their past experiences with wait time and staff rudeness, and they'll most likely agree.”
