Dr. Andrew Puttick has provided hearing healthcare to the Berkshire community over 20 years. He is a Massachusetts state-licensed Audiologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from the University of Vermont, Master of Arts in Audiology from the University of Massachusetts, and a Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University. Dr. Puttick established Greylock Audiology as a patient-focused practice where improving quality of life through better hearing is the top priority. Empowering patients to confidently make well-informed decisions about their hearing health is fundamental to the lifestyle-based approach that he and the Greylock Audiology team offer.

Our Provider is an Audiologist with a Doctoral Degree in Audiology with 20 years of experience, much of that experience within a medical setting working with an Ear Nose and Throat Physician. We believe in the value of post-graduate level education and the greater knowledge base this provides as we evaluate and treat our patients.

We provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to rule out medical concerns as the cause for perceived changes in hearing. Once medical causes are ruled out and individuals are categorized as great candidates for hearing assistance, we have access to all of the latest in digital hearing aid technology and assistive listening devices. Dr. Puttick, our audiologist, works with all major hearing aid manufacturers and along with his team of support staff, consider the "customer/patient" experience the key to their success.
