“The front desk staff (receptionist staff) are slow and have no personality, audiologist and doctors are wonderful and very knowledgeable.”

I'm happy to hear that you were pleased with the care our physicians and audiologists provide; however, I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with your interaction with the office staff. We want to provide the best care possible for our patients. If you would like to share specific information about your visit, please contact our office and ask to speak with our practice administrator, Maureen Brousseau.”
“Very thoughtful and thorough. The only thing missing was a helpful payment plan to spread the cost of hearing aids over several months. ”
“This is a review of Katie one of the Audiologist. My son was seen on two different occasions for a hearing test. On each occasion we did not receive a greeting from Katie upon being called into the hearing booth. My son, who has an anxiety disorder, became upset and Katie yelled at him, then stated "we're done". After my husband left the room with our son, she continued to argue with me. I have worked in a medial office for the past 14 years and have never experienced an encounter like this. She should not be allowed to work with patients let alone children. Very upsetting and disappointing because the rest of the office staff was very pleasant. ”
