“The audiologist is fine, however, the office staff are stonewalling gatekeepers that can't process paperwork properly. Be prepared to be lied to as well as paperwork not being filed properly for months and months. The quality of the audiologist hardly matters if making appointments is nearly impossible and processing paperwork is done by an incompetent "medical assistant".”

“She was extremely rude to my young daughter and me. My daughter is 4 and was not able to follow the instructions for the hearing test because she kept getting distracted, as most 4 year old's do. I was trying to help until I saw the doctor shush me twice, when I quit trying to assist she later yelled at me to start helping. She yelled at my daughter and got visibly frustrated. My daughter started getting upset and she came in the audio room and scolded her for not following instructions. When I told her my daughter was getting upset, she ignored me and kept yelling and making faces. I understand that it's frustrating and difficult to work with small children but her behavior was unprofessional. Multiple times I considered ending the hearing test and walking out.”

“She yelled at my daughter and implied she was lying about not being able to hear. Come to find out she didn’t have her testing equipment on. She didn’t even apologize. She was so rude to me. Luckily my child was in the sound proof room and didn’t hear anything she said. I have never been back. ”
