“Horrible customer service! We started on May 12th with ordering hearing aids, waited 6 weeks and finally called to see if they had arrived. Were told they were short staffed and just ordered them. They set up an appointment for July 11th to receive the hearing aids and have them fitted. Received a call 1 hour before appointment saying the hearing aids had not arrived. Talk about receiving the run around. Do not do business with this company. My husband was finally fitted with Widex hearing aids on 7/17. But these hearing aids can not be controlled by your smart phone, which is advertised by the posters in the office. They wanted us to purchase a transmitter to wear around his neck to control the hearing aids. Told them we want the Widex Beyond hearing aids they advertise. They said they would contact the insurance company to get the Beyond but in the meantime we should take these with us. Was a bit Leary about taking hearing aids we did not want. We went back a week later for an adjustment and asked them to turn the hearing aids up, evidently they forgot to program volume control on the hearing aids. So now there is an ability to control the volume on the hearing aids. Once again asked about getting the correct hearing aids and also asked again if we should be keeping these until the new ones came in. Assured us that is how it works keep the ones sent until correct ones come in. Received a phone message on 7/27 to make an appointment to bring current hearing aids in as they need to be sent back before new ones can be ordered. Unbelievable!”
