Nikki Kehres has been an audiologist for over 20 years. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, and her master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Akron. Following a career break to raise her three children, Nikki returned to the hearing healthcare field at HearingLife. Most of her career has been spent working with hearing aids, and she enjoys counseling her customers on taking advantage of the vast improvements in technology now available for those experiencing hearing issues.
Nikki currently resides in Stow with her three children and multiple pets. When not helping others hear better, her favorite things are spending time with her children and enjoying a multitude of home projects.

“This was the best experience the exemplifies amazing customer service. First I flew in from California to get my dad’s hearing aids adjusted. I called on a Saturday just to verify the phone number was correct. Guess who calls on Monday to see if I needed anything; Brooklyn. Crazy. I was able to set up the appointment during my visit. During the visit Niki was so patient with my dad (92 yrs old). He would repeat the same statement several times; Niki would treat the conversation as new. Niki listen and assisted with understanding the symptoms need to adjust the hearing aids. Success!!! The saga continues. The next dad my dad loses on of the hearing aids. Niki and Brooklyn to the rescue. Problem solved. Amazing people. Thank you Niki and Brooklyn.”
