Susanne Lynch began working in the hearing industry in 2001 and became a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in 2006. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stenhoj Maschinenfabrik, GmbH in Flensburg, Germany, and is a member of the Georgia Society of Hearing Professionals.
Susanne is passionate about providing exceptional care to the hearing impaired and approaches customer care with experience, knowledge and compassion. Her goal with each and every customer is to work alongside individuals with hearing loss, as well as their families, to find meaningful solutions that will make a positive change in their lives.
Susanne has three grown children and a beautiful granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and being outdoors. Originally from Germany, she has lived in Georgia for over 20 years and currently resides in Decatur, GA.

“I was very surprised that My ENT Dr’s office suddenly discontinued having an audiologist on staff. I was disappointed and felt a bit lost as to what do I do now? I had issues with my hearing aids and needed some help. I was concerned about who will continue to help me with my issues? I briefly met Susanne and Rebecca at the senior expo, as the event had ended. They were packing up, but took the time to speak to me about my problem with my hearing aids and they reassured me that they can help . The very next day I drove to the office. Rebecca was very nice and caring, she helped me out by replacing my hearing aids domes and for more help she scheduled a free hearing test and consultation with Susanne. Susanne is passionate and very knowledgeable she provided me with exceptional care; her wonderful customer care , her experience, knowledge and compassion is refreshing and reassuring to me. I felt very comfortable and confident that I would be in good hands from now on. I know that I don’t need to be concerned anymore about issues with my hearing and my hearing aids. This turned out to be a positive change for me . Thank you.”
