“Karen fit me with hearing aids based on my being a musician; however, my hearing aids had no setting for music. In addition, she did not set them up properly initially, and I needed to return to her. When they malfunctioned, instead of helping me, she told me that I was expecting too much from "entry-level" devices (even though they cost $1,000 each) and that she preferred not to deal with me anymore. She then asked me to return the devices, which I did not do. Sadly, she not only lost me as a future customer, but also several women I had initially recommended to her. ”
“Karen fitted me with digital rechargeable hearing aids. These hearing aids fit perfectly in my ears, no batteries and I can hear and understand perfectly. I will definitely go back whenever I need new aids. She offers great service also.”
