“Life Hearing & Balance and Dr. Stofiel are “off the charts” best in every way. I am 78 and have used hearing aids for decades. During that time, I have have had good experiences with audiologists in Cleveland and Florida. In 2019, I experienced a total hearing loss which left me 100% deaf in my left ear. This affected the quality of my life. I recently heard about Dr. Sofiel who came up with a “state of the art” device which has compensated for my deaf ear in a dramatic way. Though nothing will restore “natural “ hearing in my left ear, this device restores hearing that I never thought possible. Dr. Stofiel’s incredible knowledge/expertise is simply the best of any audiologist I have ever encountered. That said, what is equally impressive are her human qualities——I have never met a more empathetic, kinder service provider in any field. She REALLY cares about her patients, and will do anything to help ——including coming to my home to connect my new device to my TV . The new equipment is very sophisticated and whenever there is something I cannot figure out, she has ALWAYS been available ( even weekends and evenings)—-Dr.Sofiel is simply amazing. I know she is this way with every patient, as she has invested in the mobile equipment to come to people who cannot leave their homes ( so that she can do everything at their homes as she can in her office). I would be remiss if Idid not mention how kind, thoughtful and wonderful the other 2 people in Dr. Stofiel’s are (Dr. Sanor and Annette ) ”

“Let me start with I really needed hearing aids but was reluctant to get them since half of the people I know that do have them seldom wear them for one reason or another. Dr Stofiel stated up front that her goal is to assure a patient of hers WANTS to wear the hearing aids because of the fit and benefits that are provided. She was extremely patient in fitting and fine tuning my hearing aids and I put them in when I wake and take them out when I go to bed! I realize now what I have been missing thanks to Dr Stofiel.
