“Dr. Colclosure did not complete my hearing results. He stated a nurse practitioner was coming in after him which she did not. He didn't talk about my hearing results from the hearing test. The complete visit was a disaster. A lady with braids marched me out the office to be fitted for hearing aids. I wouldn't have purchased them anyway with an incomplete test. I will never go back there. Colclosure was not friendly. I don't recommend that doctor to anybody.”

“The rating is based on a conversation with a female employee answering the phone when I selected “0” to locate who I needed to speak to. I asked for the lady that worked at the front desk of Dr. Metrailer’s. I was told she was gone for the day. And every person I asked for after that, the female said they were also gone. I asked her for the time which she said was 4:46pm. So I said the hour of closing is really not 5:00pm then. She became very disrespectful to me, a patient, whom has used this same hearing group for over 25 years. My call was to ask Dr. Metrailer’s employee to correct my record of a visit that she and another employee insisted I had not had. A printed result I have proves I did. The female that answered the phone needs to improve her customer service skills.”

“I had a 2-minute consultation with Dr. Metrailer in December 2019. Before he would see me even for a second, he required me to take a hearing test - - even though I'd had one weeks earlier. I had the test, finally was allowed to see him, and within 2 minutes he told me that my condition had nothing to do with my ears and there was nothing he could do for me. So I never needed the hearing test. He also could have saved me hours of driving if he'd only looked at my chart before I showed up. And after all that they billed me more than $200!!! I've been disputing that bill since it first arrived - - I've logged in hours of calls, and keep getting told "We'll escalate this. Call back in _____ days (or weeks)." It's been MONTHS since I had my 2 minutes with Dr. Metrailer, and I'm still getting billed. There are some seriously faulty processes in place both at this clinic and with this doctor.”
