“My initial visit was a drop in to ask for a copy of the first hearing test that I received by the previous provider at that location. Amelia not only provided me with that but offered to examine my current hearing aids, cleaned them, made some adjustments to them to help improve their functionality. She also invited me to learn about the latest innovations without the least bit of pressure to purchase. A few weeks later I made an appointment for a hearing test at this office and met Ann. She and Amelia work as a team complementing each other's contribution to my care.
