“Wonderful experience at Everybody Hears in Inverness! Carey and his wife Sandra run the business and both are warm, welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. I knew from my first phone call that I would be comfortable there as Sandra took the time to answer my questions. Carey did the dirty work of removing a major wax buildup in one of my ears. My case was so severe it required a second visit. Sandra squeezed me into their schedule a couple of days later. Carey finished the job and did not charge me for the second visit! The office is clean and organized!! The waiting area has a coffee machine and there were donuts on one of my visits. Even though my wait was short both times, I witnessed four separate people bring in hearing aids with various problems. Everyone was treated in a friendly, courteous manner. I would go back in a heart beat with my next ear issue. ”
