They did not even do adjustments on them they would always send them and never kept me updated.”

“Took my father here to get his hearing aids. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get his hearing aids, and while he needed to wait for certain approvals, they were completed in a timely manner. The staff was very good at teaching us how to clean and upkeep his devices.”

The fact that they are only open one day a week and calling in to get connected to someone on that one day is extremely difficult as their wait times vary from 1 hour to 2 sometimes. I’ve visited this doctor a total of 4 times in the last 2 years trying to get my process of getting a new pair of hearing aids going and somehow I always end up right back in the same chair with the same doctor doing the same thing. Go somewhere else if you can. ”
