Dr. Grace Paddock specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing impairment. She is passionate about hearing loss prevention and treatment. She is dedicated to patient centered care and strives to listen to her patients and their unique experiences. When she is not working with patients, she is staying up to date on the latest trends and research in the field of audiology. Dr. Paddock received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Mississippi where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her Doctorate of Audiology from Pacific University. In her free time, you will find Dr. Paddock at the dog park with her dog Fawkes, refurbishing furniture, reading, traveling to new cities, or spending time with her family and friends.

When we say we want our patients to feel like family, we mean it. After all, Écoutez is a small family owned clinic created by sisters Ilse and Lisette. Our roots began in the Netherlands over 20 years ago and now we proudly serve Texans in the Southlake Town Square. The word “écoutez” (eh-coo-tay) means “listen” in French. At Écoutez we strive to truly listen to our patient's hearing concerns. Our Audiologist knows each person has unique needs and goals which are always prioritized. Hearing is not one size fits all, so why should your treatment be? Hearing loss can happen at any stage of life, and we are "hear" to help every step of the way.
