“They ordered a part for my mom's hearing aid 5 weeks ago. I called to find out if the part was in and was told it was on back order. I told the receptionist (the daughter) my mom couldn't hear out her right ear and asked if there was anything they could do and she said "No". We called Truhearing and asked whether they had other offices in the area. My husband took my mom to the office in Milan. As it turns out the right hearing aid was never turned up and the left was wasn't turned up enough. I'd recommend no one go to this office and if they have UAW insurance to go to the office in Milan.”
