“I took my 85 yr old mother to be tested and fitted for new hearing aids on Jan 29 2025. We have not heard anything back from them in 3 months. I have left multiple messages as they will not answer their phone. Finally today, April 22 2025, we contacted her Medicare plan. Turns out this company has yet to put in the order for her. They assured the Medicare rep that they would put in the order today, despite all the calls I have made previously. Seems they don’t need the business and just don’t fill orders for the elderly. I don’t know how many more months it will take before she receives them. I do not recommend them”

“I have been wearing hearing aids for a number of years and it was time to have another hearing test and new hearing aids. The hearing test was done June29, 2023. The ReSound hearing aids were recommended and ordered. Upon arrival I scheduled an appointment Aug10, 2023. August 24, 2023 I returned the hearing aids to be exchanged for the ReSound with the Bluetooth feature which is what I wanted because I had the Bluetooth capability with my old hearing aids. As of today, Dec 1, 2023 I still haven’t received the replacement hearing aids. I have left voicemail messages twice and haven’t received a response from any Advanced Ear Gear associate. I would not recommend Advanced Ear Gear for this reason.”
