HIS, BC-HIS

Board Certified-Hearing Instrument Specialist

Craig has been treating hearing loss for the people of the Wind River Valley since 2003. Before pursuing a career in hearing care I was an Optician both in Casper and in Riverton. In my time as an Optician, and now as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, I realize how important our senses are to living an active life. Whether vision, or now hearing, the work I do with patients is an uplifting and rewarding endeavor in keeping patients connected to their friends and family with restored senses. I enjoy seeing a patient’s face light up when they hear new things for the first time (or first time in years)….and that is priceless!

“The people at this center are so helpful, kind, and caring! They are extremely knowledgeable and share this information with you in a manner you can understand. Craig has gone the extra mile for me in the past by even closing his entire business for a time so he could treat me. This was when I was very sick and my immune system could not stand to be around other people. Find another business that would care about you that much! I would absolutely recommend him and this business!”

“My husband was reluctant to go in and get tested. But I won a hearing test for 2 at a raffle at the Young at Heart Senior Center. We went in, and Craig was excellent explaining the hearing test results and the options we have. Really down to earth and easy to talk to!! Lisa is great too! ”

“Craig performed a comprehensive hearing assessment and put me on a two-week trial of top-of-the line hearing aids. He covered the changes in technology since my current pair are from 2018. Very professional, very friendly, highly recommended.”

“I am great full that I went in for a hearing test. My old hearing aids were about 7 years old and I knew they were no longer working well. The staff was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. My new devices are wonderful, I can't believe hearing this well. Now, instead of my wife wanting to turn the tv down she has to turn it up so that she can hear it. I hear sounds that I haven't heard for longer that I can remember, including birds chirping, it's wonderful.”
