Treasure Coast Hearing Center is veteran owned and operated by Robert Ranere BC-HIS. After retiring from the US Navy in 1992 I pursued a career in the hearing health care field and became a National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in 1996.
Treasure Coast Hearing Center provides a very different journey to healthy hearing.
TCHC is a concierge office that provides our patients with personal service much like the "country doctor" of old.
I am your point of contact from your initial phone call to set up your appointment and throughout your hearing journey. As your personal hearing provider I am available to my patients 24/7, just pick up your phone and call and I'll be there to help you!

“Robert is incredible. He is skilled in what he does he made me feel very comfortable from the get-go. When hearing aids arrived He let me know and I came right in. He spent the better part of an hour going through things with me making sure that I was comfortable taking them off, putting them back in getting them in the charger. He made sure I knew how to clean them in the morning. Robert is friendly, very energetic and complementary. I’ve had three appointments with him now and I cannot have a bad word to say about him. “Robert is so very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to excellent service. As Robert explained at the start of my appointment, his goal is not to sell me hearing aids, but to review my needs and help me solve any hearing problems I may have. My hearing test with Robert was the most extensive test I’ve ever experienced. He
explained every step of the procedure. We reviewed the test results together and he told me I am not, a candidate for hearing aids as yet. My hearing loss is at a high octave, therefore at this stage, the available hearing aids would not give me any better hearing options. I trust Robert’s evaluation and understand all the facts and reasons behind his decision. About a year ago, I went to an other company who said I needed hearing aids and attempted to sell me a pair After listening to all their explanations and information, I felt they were not trustworthy. For that reason I did not buy. I am so happy I went with my gut instinct. Thank you Robert for your honest and excellent service ”

“I agree that this is poor customer service, until we look at the complete picture.
This patient called our office on 2/13/24 at 2:00 pm for help with connecting his hearing aids to his cell phone because the phone had received an update and the aids needed to be reconnected.
Our phone call was difficult to understand because I did not have a good signal at the home I was doing a house call at, and I explained that to the caller.
I then informed the caller that I would be out of the office from Wednesday the 14th of Feb. until Monday the 19th of Feb. doing volunteer work with the local VA clinic.
I then gave the caller the customer service number for the hearing aid manufacture's bluetooth connection help line and instructed him to call them and see if they could help resolve the problem and I also told the caller that if he is not successful to call me back and I could make an appointment for the week of Feb. 19th and I would help him then.
I did not like not being able to be there for this patient, and I did not like suggesting he call customer service.
However, short of canceling my commitment with the veterans there was nothing better I could do and I did not want the patient to be without his phone for over a week.
I'll try and do better in the future.
