“First time hearing aids wearer. Dr. Norval and her intern provided in depth and easy to understand directions on how to wear the hearing aids, clean them and utilize the phone app. I liked their instruction approach; the technician would demonstrate a procedure with one of the hearing aids and then you completed the same with the second hearing aid. Much better retention of details than just observing. Loved the hearing aids right out of the box. Such a big improvement. 3-4 months following the initial session, a follow-up was given to address any questions and instruct on additional care of the aids. The one-on-one assistance was very helpful for an older individual new to using hearing aids.”

Clinic details
Discover Audiology is a private Audiology practice dedicated to providing hearing health to adults. Emphasis is placed on health history, hearing loss prevention, and restoration with amplification if appropriate. Dr. Norval recognizes the importance of a holistic approach to communication and brain health, therefore provides cognitive screening and consults with primary physicians when needed.
Hearing care services
Discover Audiology provides diagnostic hearing evaluations and cognitive screening to adults. Hearing instruments of all technology levels are dispensed on a trial basis. In office listening demonstrations are available. Discover Audiology is a participating provider of several Medicare advantage healthcare plans. Dr. Norval also counsels and provides custom hearing protection.
