“I have been wearing hearing aids for several years. I’ve been really disappointed in the device and the customer service. I was referred to see Raymon McNiven in Spokane, Washington. Wow he is passionate about his job and extremely knowledgeable. He told me things about my ears that I had no idea. He walked me through my device and showed me how to change it if needed. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and his caring mannerism. I would recommend this company and Raymon To anybody and they would not be disappointed thanks again”
