As a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), she is committed to upholding the highest professional standards in her field.
With expertise in adult and pediatric hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and management, vestibular testing, Central Auditory Processing assessments, and tinnitus evaluations, Dr. Abrams offers a comprehensive and compassionate approach to audiology care. Her experience across ENT, private practice, and hospital settings highlights her dedication to providing exceptional service and improving her patients’ quality of life.

“For a reason, only our Lord knows, my Neurologist, office could not perform a much-needed VNG test, referred me to Dr. Abrams. The entire staff at East Coast, from the very first connection with them, have one very most important attribute, COMPASSION. I'm a 75-year-old man that has had some difficult medical issues starting in March of this year. Several trips to ER, emergency surgery very long healing process with complications. From my first visit to Dr Abrams until this very day, they have gone beyond any expectations anyone could conceive. Dr Abrams has communicated with my physical therapist in detail possible therapy that could help me. She has communicated with my previous Neurologist and new Neurologist to share test results and follow-up. She has personally sent me over 14 emails. Some were just to check on me to see if she could be of any help. I have worn hearing aids for at least 10 years and never had the Doctor actually sit down with me and go over my medical records, issues and condition of my hearing aids. She did not make the slightest attempt to sell me anything, which was always the case at my previous audiologist. I could go on in much more detail. The Dr. and staff have been in my prayers and thanksgiving and will continue to be. They all treated me like family. They all follow the Second Greatest Commandment of God. I am so thankful and will always be their patient for the future. God bless the Doctor and entire staff.”

“I thought I was having hearing issues so I called and Shelly at the front desk was amazing! She was so helpful and got me an appointment the very next day (called on Friday, was seen on Monday). I was seen by Dr. Abrams and she was very easy to talk to and had a great bedside manner. She ran all of her tests and thoroughly explained every step of the way.
