Audiologist
Dr. Robert Green hails originally from New Jersey and after earning his master’s degree in audiology from Montclair State University in 1986, he settled down in the beautiful Bay area. Prior to starting his own practice he worked at Children's Hospital Oakland and had a 22-year career in Berkeley. Dr. Robert earned his doctor of audiology degree in 2006.
He traveled overseas six times between 2002 and 2010, to work with an NGO organization that provides hearing aids to children throughout Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Robert served on the California Speech and Audiology Licensing Board for two years. With over 30 years of experience he has worked with diverse communities and populations. He is enthusiastic about offering hearing health services and technology in his home community and throughout Contra Costa County. As an audiologist, Robert is the most qualified professional to support and guide you on your journey to improve hearing, communication and quality of life.

- Tinnitus Evaluations - Tinnitus symptoms are often described as a ringing, buzzing and clicking sounds in the ears
- Hearing Testing And Evaluations - The most common tests are tympanometry, pure tone testing, bone conduction testing and speech testing.
- Hearing Aid Selection - After your hearing evaluation if you do have a hearing loss, our providers will help match you to the best device for your hearing loss, lifestyle and budget.
- Hearing Aid Sales
- Hearing Aid Fitting and Programming - Your new hearing aids will be programmed based on the results of your hearing evaluation. Part of the fitting process is utilizing Live Speech Mapping to adjust your hearing aids. This process uses a sound from real life that you are familiar with to fine-tune your hearing aid settings. We want to ensure your hearing aids deliver sound in a pleasing manner, exactly as you want to hear it.
- Hearing Aid Batteries and Accessory Sales
- Hearing Aid Repair and Maintenance - For any current patient that has hearing aids that were not fit in our office, we are happy to try to repair your hearing aids. We are able to service most major manufacturers of hearing aids and can tell you in the office if yours is a brand we service.
- OSHA required Industrial Hearing Testing at your facility or ours
