Lori Lindstrom at the Cambridge office was able to clean his hearing aids for us even though they were issued by the VA for my father. This was very confident since I drive from Grand Rapids to see him and do not want to go to the VA in St. Cloud to have the same work done. She also suggested I contact the VA and they will be able to pay for the services that audiology concepts does for us in the future. She was very cordial and helpful. ”
