“My father is a resident at Grace pointe crossing in Cambridge and at this point in his life he is primarily bed ridden. Lori Lindstrom at the Cambridge office was able to clean his hearing aids for us even though they were issued by the VA for my father. This was very confident since I drive from Grand Rapids to see him and do not want to go to the VA in St. Cloud to have the same work done. She also suggested I contact the VA and they will be able to pay for the services that audiology concepts does for us in the future. She was very cordial and helpful. ”

“I had my hearing tested for the first time since 2017. Showed decline in my left hear which was not helped by my aging hearing aid. So we talked about choices and I went with the latest technology. It will still be a behind the ear model with a large battery and that has worked very well for me. I am anxious to get the new one and try it out. The test was very professional and Alana explained the steps to me so that I knew what was coming.”
