“Several years ago I got hearing aids from a company in Winter Springs. At that time, they tested me and gave me my hearing aids. Showed me how to turn them on and charge them but nothing else. This was the first time that I had ever worn hearing aids and didn't know anything else about wearing them. Recently I noticed a definite decrease in my hearing and went back to that store. All they wanted to do was sell me new hearing aids. I looked for other companies and found Oviedo Hearing Center. What a difference in the way they treated the customer and how they were willing to work with you. We agreed to have new batteries put in my hearing aids and then to reprogram them. The director of the clinic, Cynthia, said that the previous programming of my aids was the worse she had ever seen. She sent my 1 aid to get a new battery and then I went in for an appointment to program them. Cynthia was wonderful about working with me for all the different aspects that could be programmed in the aids. She also showed me the app that could be downloaded to my phone to have speech from my phone calls go directly into my aids. What a joy to hear again!! The receptionist, Linda was charming and so helpful with appointments/payments, etc. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for anyone with hearing issues.”
