“My appointment was at 9 o’clock in Excelsior Springs at 9:30 I called to see where the lady was because The Store was out was closed she was on her way waiting another half an hour and called again oh she’s supposed to be in Kearney this week not in Excelsior Springs I was in the wrong place apparently but that’s the address they gave me and the time and place with Excelsior Springs not happy”
