Southern Missouri Hearing - Rolla

Missy Smith, BS, BC-HIS, has been part of Southern Missouri ENT & Allergy since July 2006, serving as Clinic Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in General Business in 2002, obtained her Missouri Hearing Instrument Specialist License in 2017, and achieved Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 2022.

As a member of the International Hearing Society, the American Academy of Otolaryngology Administrators, and the Missouri Group Management Association, Missy is dedicated to excellence in hearing healthcare. She specializes in hearing aid selection and fitting, as well as managing hearing loss through patient and family counseling. Her primary focus is delivering the highest quality of care, stating, “My goal is to provide West Plains and surrounding areas with a superior medical clinic where patients feel welcome and receive top-notch care.” She finds great fulfillment in witnessing how improved hearing enhances not only her patients’ lives but also the lives of their loved ones.

A native of the Ozarks, Missy resides in West Plains with her husband, Garland. She has two sons and two granddaughters. In her free time, she enjoys weekends at the lake with her family.
