Elizabeth James, Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, has dedicated six years to the hearing healthcare industry. She holds a B.S. in Government and Sociology from West Virginia Wesleyan University and an M.A. in Public Health Administration from Everglades University. Elizabeth is a proud member of both the International Hearing Society and the Hearing Loss Association of America. She has been honored with the prestigious President's Award in 2022 as a top consultant and has received the Foundation Award for three consecutive years for her work in providing free hearing aids to financially challenged patients.
When asked about her motivation for entering the field, Elizabeth shared, "When I was a child, my mom thought I had hearing loss because I had difficulty understanding speech with background noise. Testing revealed that I was auditory impaired. This lifelong disability gifted me with a unique understanding of those with hearing loss and the ability to help them."
Additionally, Elizabeth is a member of the Stuart Chamber of Commerce. She is married to Brian, a US Marine veteran and Palm Beach County Sheriff Deputy. Elizabeth owns two Hear Again America locations in Stuart and Port St. Lucie.

“What a great experience! I explained the problem I was having with my new aids that I had gotten several months ago from a different audiologist. After several visits back to the audiologist from whom I purchased the aids, the problem was still annoying. Betsy was able to not only educate me as to why the problem existed, but solve the problem!!!! With a better understanding now, what a relief it is to hear again!!! I recommend anyone with hearing needs, go see Betsy!!! She’s the best!!!”
