“Not only is this the least expensive hearing clinic in the area, but the customer service and care is unmatched. LeighAnn listens to the patient and really works to make it a custom experience each and every visit. I also love the small, family oriented environment and knowing if I have an issue, it will be addressed. Not sure why you would go anywhere else. ”
“October 7, 2024 at 1:00 pm I had an appointment to have my hearing aides cleaned. I arrived at 12:45 as the previous client was exiting the office. The employee was very annoyed I was early . She called me in at 12:14, cleaned my hearing aides and told me I also needed a hearing test . As ahe was untangling the wires, she pulled the cable box that was 2 feet above me head off and it hit me. As she was trying to untangle the wires, she pulled the box off the shelf TWO more time, hitting me twice more. She blamed that on the Killeen office manager. Afyer I got out, she blamed me because the correct program was not installed on her computer ( I should have called prior to app). She had to call New York for assistance and 15 minutes later, no success. I picked up my hearing aides and told her " I'm done". As I walked out she followed me and screamed "Its not my fault you were early"! ”
Received 10/17/2024Official Response from Texas Hearing Solutions - Temple:“We are so sorry to hear about your experience with us. We do thank you very much for attending your appointment, and while we attempt to accommodate early arrival, there are huge behind-the-scenes administrative responsibilities that at times don't allow us to accommodate that. Our records reflect that on the day in question your appointment was scheduled for 12 noon, you arrived at 11:25 and unfortunately the provider was not able to accommodate a 35-minute early arrival time, but she did, having recognized that you were wanting to be seen early, work as fast as she could and was able to call you back at 11:50, ten minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. However, in retrospect, we feel that perhaps that 10 minutes should have been used to check the sound booth and take a look at your profile, since you were a transfer patient from another location, which would have allowed her to possibly avoid the obstacles that occurred. She did advise she felt that you were in a "rush", and she was trying to accommodate you without causing further aggravation at having to wait after arriving so early. Ideally, and this is a change going forward so thank you for your feedback as it improves us, the booth and tangled cords need to be addressed before a patient enters the booth, but in striving to get you back sooner, she did not realize until you sat down in the booth that the cords needed straightening and her goal was to fix that so that during testing you did not pull on one and have the small audiometer box fall. Obviously, we missed the mark on that, and it did fall and brush your shoulder, but the intention came from a caring place. This location is our very newest and we are still trying to work out the wrinkles, and while that is not a burden for you to bear, it is a part of a start-up, and we are so sorry that you were the person inconvenienced in the process of us learning the best operation method for this site location. We as a company strive to work with patients to give them the rock-bottom, most reasonable prices on hearing aids and superior inclusive aftercare and this particular provider prides herself on having a professional reputation of 100% patient satisfaction and goes above and beyond for them and has often made house calls, met patients late in the evenings after hours, and even has met some on Saturdays when our clinics are closed. We feel that you both had an unfortunate first impression that we as a company and she as provider would love an opportunity to rectify your impression, as we believe you will find her as accommodating and as beloved as her other patients do, often bragging that they are treated like family by her. Kindest Regards, Texas Hearing Solutions”
