Director of Audiology

Shalise Adams is an expert in both adult and pediatric hearing loss, with a focus on bone-anchored hearing aids (BAHA), diagnostics, single-sided deafness, and the selection and fitting of hearing aids and assistive listening devices. She works closely with each patient to assess their unique needs and concerns, providing tailored solutions for their hearing healthcare. Since 2008, Dr. Adams has been a clinical audiologist at Southwest Idaho Hearing and Balance. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology and Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Utah State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She also holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA).
