“I booked this appointment for my dad. He was originally issued hearing aids about five years as a part of a federal grant due to work place hearing damage. His hearing aids spent far more time in a drawer, than in his ears. He was to the point where he could no longer hear any of his grandchildren, when his children were talking we had to lower our voices many octaves and be directly looking at him for confirmation of his understanding. His hearing was a battle where everyone was suffering. In the minutes after his appointment with Dr. Chow, my parents called. My mom was in tears of joy. My dad exclaimed that he had NEVER been with a more thorough provider. He felt listened to, respected and cared for in every aspect of his appointment.
