Florida Gulf Coast Hearing - Estero

Dr. Shanai Hill has been a part of Florida Gulf Coast ENT and Hearing Center since it was established in 2005. She played a pivotal role in creating the Audiology Department alongside her husband, Dr. Samuel Hill, and his partner, Dr. Patrick Reidy. At the Estero location, Dr. Hill provides comprehensive hearing and hearing aid services, including evaluations, demonstrations, repairs, and sales. She believes that hearing rehabilitation is far more than a simple retail transaction, emphasizing a personalized approach. Dr. Hill is committed to collaborating closely with her patients, offering ongoing education, counseling, validation, and technological support to enhance their communication abilities and overall quality of life.

Before joining FCGHC, Dr. Hill specialized in Pediatric Audiology at All Children’s Specialty Care Center/Johns Hopkins in Ft. Myers and the Children’s Hospital of Michigan. During this time, she diagnosed and treated pediatric hearing loss and contributed to the Craniofacial/Cleft Palate Team and the Cochlear Implant Team. Additionally, she spent two years as an Educational Audiologist in the Michigan Public School System, providing hearing therapy and support for students with hearing impairments, including assistance with hearing aids and FM units.

Dr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Audiology from Wayne State University, and a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her husband and teenage sons, and serving at her church.
