During her studies, she completed internships at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Division of Audiology, and Boystown National Research Hospital. In 2003, she earned her certificate of clinical competence (CCC-A) from the prestigious House Ear Clinic in Los Angeles, CA, and has since provided extensive care in various clinical settings and for hearing aid manufacturers. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA), holds an Oregon state audiology license, and is a member of the Oregon Academy of Audiology (OAA).
In her spare time, Kerry enjoys painting, ballet, yoga, hiking, and biking with her family and their golden retriever, Ginger. She has a deep appreciation for the area's natural beauty.
