Director/Audiologist
Dr. Shashi Dhar is a certified and licensed Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to integrating clinical audiology into primary care across Middle Tennessee. His practice emphasizes the early identification and management of ear disorders and hearing loss in both children and adults, including newborn hearing screening programs.
Dr. Dhar earned his education from Vanderbilt University and Central Michigan University, bringing over 20 years of professional experience to his work. He holds the distinguished dual certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), has received multiple ACE awards, and is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA).
With a keen interest in neuro-audiology, Dr. Dhar specializes in comprehensive ear and hearing assessments for inner ear disorders, auditory processing disorders, vestibular testing, and the diagnosis and management of vertigo, tinnitus, and other conditions. His expertise extends to electrophysiological tests and audiometry for individuals of all ages.
