Robert brings over 15 years of experience in the hearing industry, having started his career as a Patient Care Coordinator before advancing to Oto Tech and ultimately becoming a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. His deep understanding of every aspect of a hearing aid practice allows him to provide exceptional care to his patients.
Committed to fostering strong patient-provider relationships, Robert emphasizes personalized treatment plans to ensure each individual's amplification needs are met. He takes great care in creating a positive and supportive experience for his patients.

“I have used hearing aids for over 20 years. The technology has always been great, but the service has gotten worse with each new provider I work with. I met Robert Cousins at our health fair in Glendora and he provides hearing aid services directly to your home or any facilities. He actually had all of his equipment and provided a free test and consultation. It was thorough and he explained everything very clearly. He even allowed me to test out the hearing aids for 3 days without a charge or commitment. I met with him again today to finalize my purchase and couldn’t be happier. The devices I purchased are the Intent 1 by Oticon and they are the best aids yet. Thank you Robert for the great care and even better hearing aid programming.”
