“What a great experience. Very professional and friendly staff. I had an issue with one of my hearing aids that I purchased elsewhere 8 years ago. I was able to get an appointment fairly quick and Laura was able to fix my aid by opening it up and adjusting a loose wire. My hearing aids are showing there age & I will be in need of new ones soon but she at least bought me some time. I will for sure be coming back to see Laura When it’s time to order new ones. “This HearingLife is actually Creekside Hearing Aid Service under a new affiliation. It is the same hearing aid service that won Solano county's best hearing aid service 7 years in a row. It has the same wonderful Cindy and Laura providing their great services. It seems nothing is different but the affiliation. Cindy has been taken care of my hearing aid needs for about 20 years. She's excellent and I trust her completely. Over the years she has sold me several different hearing aids and each time they offered improvements. My hearing problem can never be fully corrected but each little improvement helps. Cindy of course stays abreast of hearing aid technology and tells me the improvements currently being introduced are in areas that won't help me so no new better hearing aids for me yet. But she takes care of my existing ones, cleaning, adjusting, replacing tubes so that they're in like new condition. Once I was laid up and couldn't come in for my schedule cleaning. So Cindy offered to come to my house to do the cleaning. You can't find any better service than that. In short I don't view Cindy and Laura as sellers of hearing aids but rather as people focused on improving and maintaining your hearing over the years. ”
