“Our visit was very pleasant. Receptionists greeted us, there was coffee and cookies, clean office and room, magazines and smiling faces. The gentleman who helped myself and granddaughter was polite, informative and did his job. Answered my questions and even allowed me to watch on the machine as he tested our grandaughter and got results. Professional, polite and shook our hand as we left letting us know to reschedule for a year. I think all of you who have written bad reviews are just too hard to please, grumpy, or don't want to think you have to do your part as well. Maybe your not asking the proper questions, want everything given and done to your demands rather than trying to resolve issues. If you have to travel a few miles, so what! If you have questions and don't get the answer you want, let them know respectfully. If they don't call you back consider they may be busy and try again. I have to call my dentist several times sometimes because they are either busy or may have lost the phone message. So what! I then go to the office without getting upset or causing problems and take care of the matter. Sometimes if things don't go your way you put up a stink. Remember, take responsibility in a positve way and help yourself by action rather than words and anger to always blame someone or something else..things will run a little smoother that way...don't be so demanding, picky, or grumpy. If you end up not liking them, or the person, or the problem.....don't complain just go somewhere else, or consider that you yourself need to change something about you! Working together is always better. Things are not prefect in this world and sometimes we have to deal with what is! Remember there is only so much that can be done for us with certain issues, especially as we get older. Doctors, technicians, etc. are practicing...why do you think it is called "practicing physician, dentist, audiologist, etc., or his/her practice"! We look to have things always as it was, rather than what is. That's idealistic, not reality; I will go back again to Dorian Hearing and so will my granddaughter. ”

“I took my uncle there and he got some hearing aids. He's got an appointment to go back Thursday because he's having so much trouble with them. ”

“I went there for custom earplugs. The service is horrible. I prepaid for the earplugs. There were 4 nurses. One nurse was a sweetheart and 3 were horrible. Long wait time in the waiting room, way beyond my appointment time. The doctor explained the whole situation and what he had to do was quick, there was no issue there. It was the staff. Then the ear plugs are sent out to a factory and they are built and they told me it would be 2 weeks. I called 4 weeks later and they rudely told me that they had previously phoned me and that they had been waiting. So when I got there I asked, I said why would you phone me and then not respond after 2 weeks when I haven't called in. She said, well, what do you think, we have time to chase you? I asked what number they called and they didn't even call my number, they had the number incorrect. I think the worst one was the doctor's daughter. She was the one that was the rudest. When I went to leave after the doctor had made the impression, I walked up to the glass window and she opened it and she said this will be the charge, three hundred and some dollars, and I said no, I previously paid, and she gave me a look like oh yeah right, you're gonna try to pull that one off. So I just stood there and she goes, we need your payment and I said I previously paid, and she looked at me like ugh, and then got up and went to the file and came back and goes oh, I see you've already paid. I said thank you and walked out. So I would give them a minus 1 because it was ridiculous. And the paperwork they made me fill out, they made me fill out the entire paperwork like I was getting a complete set of hearing aids, it was absolutely ridiculous.”

“We needed emergency help for my husbands hearing aid as we were from out of town. Called the office & explained our situation. Felt like they didn't want to bother with us since we were not planning to purchase new hearing aids. Eventually found another audiology practice in Fresno who got us in the same day and took care of us. ”
