Michelle Lee began her career in hearing healthcare after her son was diagnosed with significant hearing loss which resulted in having tumors removed, a stapedectomy and pressure equalizing tubes inserted in both ears. This experience inspired her to learn more about the hearing healthcare industry and the options offered for hearing loss. She worked in various hearing care practices then opened three of her own practices and working in sales for a major hearing instrument manufacture before joining HearingLife as a care provider.

She also turned me on to a free caption call telephone. The man came yesterday and installed it and I just love the phone. I can even hear when I don't have my hearing aides in.
