Hiep “Tony” Ngo began working in the hearing care field in 1991. He began studies in audiology and received his Minnesota Hearing Instrument Dispenser license in 2009. Tony loves working with small components: building, repairing, and making adjustments to hearing aids to meet his customers’ needs.
Tony believes in ensuring customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to provide the best service possible.
Tony enjoys taking walks and fishing in his spare time.

Dennis Freiheit joined Avada (now HearingLife) in 2008. He is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 4 decades’ experience working in several hearing aid facilities along the way. Dennis is knowledgeable in the diagnostic process of assessing and treating hearing problems so he can help you make choices that work best for your individual needs.
In his spare time, Dennis enjoys golfing, exercising at the local gym and walking his dog Emerson at the dog park.

Our Plymouth office is located in the building across from Broadwell Senior Living and Davanni's Pizza. Continue on the driveway past Davanni’s and pass the east parking lot of the building. Our entrance is on the north side and is the entrance also used by the Memorial Blood Bank. This is a double door entrance in the middle of the building just before the Montessori school. Take the elevator to the second floor and we are the first office on the left side of the hallway.
