“I felt I received a thorough hearing exam. Instructions were easy, clinician was very knowledgeable. She spent time allowing me to try on a hearing aid and experience the results. That was amazing. Only downside was trying to get appointment times straightened out with scheduler. ”
“I lost a hearing aid a while ago. I have been making telephone calls to this location for five weeks. I have had contact with three different individuals within this office and been told repeatedly. They will check into this replacement and call me back as of this date. No one has called me back. This is the poorest service I have ever had with any kind of company that services health care needs. So beware! If you lose your hearing aid, you might never get another one.”
