“Karen is an excellent representative for the company. She is thorough, very knowledgeable and patient. I sense she could use some help as during our visit she had 2 other customers come in and she was excellent in handling this situation by talking with the customer and asking if they could please wait. One person could not wait. Anyway, she was a real pro at her job. ”
