“In the past, my husband and I have gotten good service from Jeff. Last week was disappointing though. We had back to back appointments but when we arrived, the receptionist handed us two cups and told us to put our devices in them. She did not ask if we were having any issues or concerns. She just took them and said she would be back. After about 10 minutes, she brought them back to us and said everything was good and was dismissing us. My husband had to tell her that he needed to see Him because he was having trouble hearing from his. We were finally taken back and he was helpful to get the problem resolved but I do not understand why I have a 9:00 AM appointment for me and a 9:30 AM appointment for my husband if we are not going to be seen. ”

Our Winterhaven office is located in the Spring Lake Retail Center on 6th St NW. We are between Select Physical Therapy and Greenburg Dental & Orthodontics offices.
