“Everyone has been nothing less than professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The hearing aids have given her a better quality of life and is a critical part of her brain health. She has dementia and these hearing aids have been a God send for sure. I have recommended these to other family members as well. They have been worth every penny! “After incorrectly following Google maps and being super late for my appointment, Amber accommodated me, tested my hearing and explained in detail of my hearing loss. We discussed hearing device options and I placed my order accordingly. When my devices were ready, Rick explained everything about them in great detail everything from how to put them on, adjust them, remove them, and proper care and cleaning of them. I am currently in the 45 day evaluation period. More later.”
