Tiffany Broughton grew up in Hiawatha, Kansas. Growing up, she observed how hearing instruments were able to improve her classmate’s quality of life. Advances in science and technology allowed her classmate to excel academically, athletically, and socially and this sparked Tiffany’s lifelong interest in the field. After receiving a scholarship to the University of Kansas, Tiffany majored in speech-language-hearing: sciences and disorders. Upon graduating from KU in 2018, she completed her Hearing Instrument Specialist licensure in the state of Kansas and then Oklahoma shortly after she and her husband relocated to Green Country to raise their family.
