“Nice people. Dr. Bowers is very professional, pleasant, thoughtful, considerate, and patient. It would be great if she could somehow get someone to improve or upgrade the very frustrating android phone app (very slow connection most of the time) for the Oticon Opn1. I noticed yesterday, 10/6/30, that Dr. Bowers was the only person in the office wearing a face mask; 2 others did not. Are face masks no longer required? Also, my temperature was not taken. Is that not required either? It was good to get an appointment relatively quick and I was able to get out in a short time. Thank you..”

When I called for an appointment last week, it was because people couldn’t hear me talking when I talked on my iPhone. I wasn’t sure if it was my hearing aides or my phone that was the problem. When I called, they were able to see me right away with their “curbside service” due to Covid 19. While I waited in my car outside the office, they took my aides and my phone inside and thoroughly checked and cleaned my hearing aides as well as trouble shooting them with my phone. They determined that it had to be one of the speakers in my phone. Both Dr. Bowers and the receptionist went above and beyond to resolve my problem! I can’t thank them enough for all their help and excellent service I have received since I purchased my hearing aides from HearingLife!”
