“Went in for a six-month checkup. Some software was updated in the hearing aids to fix Bluetooth issues. A day later, I realized the left hearing aid wasn't responding to the Oticon ON App. I called to get a new appointed but only got a voicemail message. I left my name and number, It's been 6-days, including the holiday weekend, and I have not received a call-back. Fortunately, I figured out through trial and error that the hearing aid was not properly paired with the App. The issue seems to be fixed.”

Our Niles office is located on Harlem Avenue in between Touhy and Milwaukee on the East side of the street. We are in the Shops of Niles strip center next to Niles Family Dental on the south side of the mall. We offer convenient parking right in front of our office as well as handicap accessibility.
