“Dr Young is by far the best audiologist I have ever been to (and I have been to a lot). He is kind and passionate about his work. His appointments are thorough and pleasant, I genuinely enjoy going. He’s the only audiologist that hasn’t pushed cochlear implants and recommends the best products that will most benefit me. I’ve been seeing Dr Young for almost ten years, and I’ve received nothing but excellent care. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my complex hearing history. “My husband got hearing aids here. They have made his tinnitus worse and he hates wearing them. He has been back for help and has been told sorry you just need to get used to the hearing aids. He has worn them everyday and they still sound terrible. We tried to return for a refund and was told "I don't want them back you bought them" do yourself a favor. Don't go here!!!”
