“I had a problem with one of my hearing aids and was concerned because Linda was out of the office temporarily. Then the superhero Jolie steps up to the plate and she was able to deliver big time!! Jolie is the hearing technician/office manager for Dr. Vasile, and she went above and beyond to diagnose my hearing aid and determined the problem, sent it out for repair and gave me a temporary solution. I could not be happier with the service with this hearing aid company. They are true professionals. ”
